A vault of re-collected and reserved digital artwork
What is the Brinkman Estate?
The Brinkman Estate is my personal archive and vault of digital artwork that I have reclaimed and reserved for future use. Located at brinkmanestate.eth, this collection represents a long-term vision of preserving and sharing my artistic legacy.
This project is about more than just collection. It is about maintaining stewardship over my creative output and ensuring that these pieces remain accessible and preserved for future generations. The Estate includes works from various stages of my career, pieces that have special significance, and artworks I have reacquired from collectors.
By building this collection, I am creating a comprehensive archive of my work in the digital art space, ensuring that my creative evolution is documented and accessible on the blockchain permanently.
Estate Activities
The Brinkman Estate is a conceptual framework rather than a legally registered entity. It is used to organize Bryan Brinkman's artwork stewardship, institutional donations, charitable initiatives, artist trades, and archival activities.
Supporting cultural institutions through strategic donations of significant works, ensuring my art reaches wider audiences and becomes part of permanent museum collections.
Institutional Collection Donations
In 2025, Bryan Brinkman's artwork Battery Life was formally donated to the Museum Francisco Carolinum (Linz, Austria), entering the museum's permanent institutional collection. This acquisition reflects a commitment to placing digital artworks within long-term public archives and established cultural institutions.
Using art to support meaningful causes by donating works to charitable organizations and fundraising efforts that align with my values.
