Art, Not a Financial Instrument

Every work by Bryan Brinkman is created, released, and sold as a work of art. Nothing on this site — no artwork, edition, token, or collection — is a financial instrument, security, investment contract, or investment product of any kind, and nothing here should be read as financial advice or as a promise of future value.

Collect a piece because you love it. Any market that forms around a work is secondary to its purpose: it's art, made to be seen, shared, and enjoyed.

The NFT License

Unless an individual work states otherwise on its page or in its token metadata, all Bryan Brinkman NFTs are governed by the NFT License. In short, as the owner of a work you receive:

  • A license to use, copy, and display the art you own for personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • The right to use it when buying, selling, or trading your token; and
  • A commercial-use allowance for merchandise earning up to $100,000 in gross revenue per year.

Copyright in the underlying artwork remains with the artist. The full legal text is at nftlicense.org.

Exceptions

Some releases carry their own terms — for example, collaborations, platform-specific drops, or works released under CC0. When that's the case, the license is noted on the work's page or in its token metadata, and those terms take precedence for that piece.

This page is a plain-language summary and isn't legal advice; where it differs from the NFT License text or a work's stated terms, those govern.
