Brinkman app
Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
The Brinkman app (“the app”) is made by Bryan Brinkman to show his artwork on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. This policy explains what happens with your information when you use it. The short version: the app doesn’t collect, store, or share any personal information.
What the app doesn’t do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
- No collection of your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.
- No selling or sharing of data with anyone.
What stays on your device
Some things are saved only on your device to make the app work. They’re never sent to us:
- Favorites you mark with the heart.
- Settings, such as which AR mode or watch face you used last.
- Cached images and artwork files, so pieces load faster the next time.
Deleting the app removes all of this.
Camera (AR)
The AR features (3D Sculptures and AR Prints) use your camera to place artwork in your space and to recognize physical prints. The camera feed is processed on your device only. It isn’t recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. If you take a photo with the shutter button, it stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
Loading artwork from the internet
To show artwork, the app downloads images, videos, and artwork files from:
- bryanbrinkman.com
- Image and media services that host the artwork, including Cloudinary, OpenSea’s image service, and public IPFS and Arweave gateways
Like any website you visit, these services receive standard technical information needed to deliver the files, such as your device’s IP address. They handle it under their own privacy policies. The app doesn’t add any identifying information to these requests.
Links to other sites
Some buttons open web pages, such as Bryan Brinkman’s website, social media, Discord, and press articles. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
The app doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
