1/1 Unique
Created on a Quantel Paintbox at Studio Adrian Wilson, New Jersey, USA Unique 1/1 NFT Work Description This artwork, created entirely using the Paintbox brush tools, was built up organically to tell the story of creation thanks to a motherboard's love. Artist Statement "Love Bytes" was inspired by both the inner workings of the Paintbox system and my lifelong connection to graphics cards. While digital art often emphasizes software, it's the hardware-the unseen circuitry beneath it all-that truly powers the work. In many ways, the motherboard acts as a co-parent to the artwork: holding the system together and giving it life. Creating this piece within Paintbox felt surprisingly similar to traditional painting-deliberate, constrained, and without the luxury of an "undo" button. I approached it like a blank canvas, building it up chip by chip, wire by wire, until a portrait of the machine's heart emerged. Paintboxed - Tezos World Tour This artwork was created during the Paintboxed - Tezos World Tour 2024-2025 (Chateau du Fey Villecien, Miami, Paris, Zurich, New York), on an original Quantel Paintbox from the archive of Adrian Wilson, and is part of the exhibition "Paintboxed", curated by Georg Bak and Adrian Wilson at The Digital Art Mile, Basel, Switzerland, June 16-22, 2025. Physical Edition This NFT is offered with a redeemable physical LED lightbox (50 x 65 x 7 cm), claimable by the first primary market buyer. Redemption is one-time only and subject to verification. NFT and lightbox are distinct and may be sold and transferred independently.
